Welcome to Bootcamp for TMCx, a two-week event aimed at introducing you TMC Innovation and the resources available to help take your company to the next level!
DESCRIPTIONCompanies will participate in two SAS sessions over the course of the day. Team members should have a short 5-minute presentation prepared as well as two distinct strategic decisions that the company is facing. These sessions will utilize the experience and knowledge of the TMC advisory network to gain some insight into optimizing their strategy.
Companies will present a short and succinct overview of their company, followed by a company key strategic decision to be made in the near-term. The remainder of the session will include advisors providing feedback on the decision.
